[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Incorrect delivery | |||||
Order # [protected] had multiple products. One of the most advertised deal was delayed ~2 week (from order) and even then something else was delivered. Although the price of the unwanted product might have been comparable, it is of no use for us. To further dismay: - there has been no responce (still awaiting 2 weeks) to the email complaint raised (and also sent the reminder). - No toll free number - Contact number does not have appropriate complaint option for the incorrect delivery.
