[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Isn't returning my money back

I have ordrered fashion feb door eyelet curtain 3 set ORDER ID [protected] which cost 1248 rupees with delivery charges on 22 oct 2016. after i recieving the mail from snap deal " we noticed that your last purchase wasn't sucessfully placed ur cash will be refunded whith in 24 hours.
after 24 hour mere pass mera refund nahi pohachne par maine customer care par call kiya koi bar unhone mujhe time diya ki ab aa jayeda par nahi aaya phir unhone meri bank detail mangi jo maine paid kiya tha maine unhe wo bhi bheji jo 1248 rupees jiska ref no hai CCADJ2ASX774IGAADDCUZO PLZ mujhe mere rupee wapas dilane main madad kare .
