Snapdeal.com — Item not being delivered even after one month of payment | |||
I had ordered a Ricoh Aficio SP 202SN Printer to Snapdeal on 14th Oct 2014 vide order No. [protected] and made the payment Rs 9300 by Internet Banking. However, they have not been able to dispatch the printer even after one month of payment, nor are they cancelling my order. No communication is being done by the company. I have complained so many times on their website and talked to their customer care executives about 4-5 times, wasting my energy, time and money! What's more, I have emailed my complaint to the company's CEO Mr Kunal Bansal and COO Mr Rohit Bansal and NO ONE has ever responded. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
