Snapdeal.com — Laptop is defective in screen and keyboard | |||||
I purchased laptop from snapdeal.com and my order number is [protected] on 24th of Nov 2015. Actually this laptop is defective in screen and keyboard. Also there is price difference in MRP written on product and MRP shown on snapdeal.com. Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of support. I did not like the product because of poor quality of keyboard and screen. Same day of delivery, I tried to return to snapdeal.com but I was unable to return it. Snapdeal.com is not willing to resolve this issue. What shall I supposed to do with this poor quality of product ? Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||||
