[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Lenovo g50-80 laptop received with outer package damaged | |||||
Hi, I ordered Lenovo G50-80 Laptop on 1st SEP. As per the delivery dates mentioned on the website, it was suppose to reach within a week. It reached me after 15 days. The received products outer package was damaged as it was opened and then re-packaed. I asked the delivery boy to take it back on the spot but he refused and asked me to file a replacement request. I filed a replacement request and when it reached to Snapdeal, they declined the replacement request without mentioning any reason on the website. They never called me back on my mobile to explain why it was declined. Please see attached screenshot for order number and the status. Useless Pathetic unprofessional merchant.
