I have purchased this mobile from snapdeal online website. it was defective so i sent it back for refund. they are not providing me refund nor my smartphone back. i m very much in announce. i called customer care for more than 20 times but still my trouble is not resolved. today more than 15 days have passed and not a single reply had arrived yet from snapdeal. wrost of all online shopping websites experience i m getting from this website. even they don't know where my product exactly is.
i humbly request you to please resolve my problem. my details regarding purchased product is as below:
