[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Missing ordered Mobile in Packet Received by Courier Boy | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I Booked A Mobile Handset(Lenovo S850 Blue) on Snapdeal on 21st May'2015 at 3:55 PM & I've made online payment of Rs. 10724/- through Credit Card. A courier Boy Named Krishna Mohan Saxena from (Gojavas Courier Servise) delivered a Packet but when we opened the box we are shocked to see that there is a solid soap & a Used charger in the box. Couldn't find Mobile. Order Number is - [protected]. Please Resolve the Issue at Earlist otherwise i am going to complain at Consumer court against Snapdeal.
