I ordered a phone redmi note3 32 gb on 10 Aug 16 and got a maximum delivery date of 16 on 16 I got a mail that it is going late and will be delivered by 22 but not delivered but on 25 I got a message that my order is delivered then I complained for it they assured me that this case will be sought out within 6 days but till now I had not got my order and when I call to customer care they say that give us 24 hrs or 48 hrs and so on they never let me talk to their seniors or investigation team only ask for some time of about 1 or2 or 3 days Was this information helpful? | |||||
