[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Mobile Phone not replacing by snapdeal- No 7 Days easy return policy for Mobiles and electronics | |||||
I have purchased Nokia 220 mobile in Snapdeal.com and my order id is [protected] . I have received the product on 15 Nov 2015 and i have asked them to replace my faulty product under 7 days replacement policy by Snapdeal on 16-Nov-2015 because Keypad 5 and 8 are not working . On 17-Nov-2015 i got a mail that Electronic products and Mobile devices are not cover under 7days cashback/replacement guaranty by snapdeal and I have to go to nearest Nokia service center to rectify the problem. I have to repair it and i have to use the faulty product sent by snapdeal? Then why snapdeal showing in their listing "TrustPay: 100% Moneyback, 7 Days easy return policy" .
