Snapdeal.com — Mobile phone purchase & return - scam in association with the courier service | |||||
I had purchased a mobile phone from snapdeal which was found to be faulty with its bluetooth not working and issues with charging. first, they insisted they will check the phone and then only initiate a return. then, for several days thier courier guy didnt turn up. the courier guy finally picked up the phone from my house but didnt give any receipt of the same even after asking. his name is ravi (jv express) and i have his number too. snapdeal is saying they havent received the courier and refuse to do anything about it. its been a month and half of constant struggle with them Was this information helpful? | |||||
