[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Money deducted but order not placed

I ordered Dell Inspiron n4010 battery worth Rs.1088/-- on dated 19.08.2015 and paid the amount through NET banking system of my State Bank of India Savings Bank A/C No- [protected] (KAMARAJ.K). Since the order was not placed, again I tried to place the order for the same Battery .After both the transactions were complete money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. i.e Rs.1088 + 1088= 2176/- has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed. As such. Please CANCELL BOTH TRANSACTIONS AND REFUND ENTIRE AMOUNTi.e Rs. 2176/- (1088 + 1088) Note:- As per bank statement the amount i.e 2176/- has been credited into the account of Avenue India Pvt. Ltd.
