Snapdeal.com — Money not refunded by snapdeal after return. | |||
I am balaji I have ordered Elgi Ultra Grind + Gold (Order ID is [protected]) on 3rd Nov 2015 from Snapdeal and its supposed to get delivered on 4th Nov 2015 by fedex india ( Tracking No :[protected] because its local shipment with in the city. Now drama from snapdeal and fedex starts from here. Fedex – They misplaced the shipment and after lots of calls and complaint raised by me finally the they came to my home for delivery on 13th nov 2015 but I have rejected to take the shipment and I clearly told them to return it to snapdeal, but what they did is something which will blow my head they put remarks that shipment is delivered to customer without taking my sign on the delivery paper.when I asked fedex to send me the proof of the delivery documents they rejected to give then I asked them to give the delivery boy name and mobile no so that I can take this case to local police then they disconnected the call. Snapdeal – Because of poor response from snapdeal I have canceled the product on 8th nov 2015 itself and they told me my refund (7150/-) will be initiated once the product is returned to seller from fedex.On 14th nov 2015 snapdeal called me and told me as your product is delivery by fedex so we can't refund the money then I told them what exactly happen on 13th nov 2015.After that I have again called snapdeal and raised complaint no :12596166 for refund and investigation on to whom fedex delivered the product. Finally snapdeal agreed to refund money on 17th Nov 2015 by sending a email to me about we have initiated the refund which will take 4 working days after few days snapdeal sent me another email on 19th Nov 2015 that we have again initiating the refund which will take 4 working days.I have waited till 23rd nov 2015 then I have contacted snapdeal they responded that they have sent the money to my bank but in true case they have not done anything from there side simply they put email to fool customer I contacted my bank they clearly told me that there system is not showing any money which came to your account by snapdeal form last 6 days.Again I have contacted the snapdeal about my refund on 23th nov 2015 they told me amount will reflect in your account in next 48hrs and today ie 24th Nov 2015 snapdeal service team called me and now they are again fooling customer saying that we have initiated the refund today so it will reflect in your account in next 4 working days.Hope this time snapdeal is telling truth. Attached are the emails send to me by snapdeal to mislead the customer about refund. I don’t understand after sending emails and calls also they are simply fooling customers by keeping the money with them. Snapdeal should be punished for these activity. I personally requesting everyone who is buying from online don’t buy anything from snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
