[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Neither product got replaced nor money got refunded | |||||
ORDER ID :[protected] PRODUCT : Sony BRAVIA KDL-43W800D 108cm (43) I bought a TV cost around 60K from snapdeal. They delivered it on time but the product was defective.It was tested by SONY employee who came to install it.The same day i ordered for replacement.It was initiated on 11th August and was picked upon 12th August evening.Till now i didn't got the replacement or a refund.I called them more than 10 times but they say we didn't receive the product yet.I am attaching the screenshot of snapdeal app where it say's it was picked up on 13th August.
