[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No One Coming To Replace A Faulty Product | |||||
My order number is [protected] and its a crosair vs 550 watts smps. I received this product on 10th of april 2016 and found out that it was faulty and was not working. So i requested for a replacement and till now ( as of 30th april ) no one has come to pick up the item. Everytime i call customer care they say we are sorry and we will reschedule the pick up tomorrow. Already called them 15 times but no proper solution has been given to me. Since snapdeal customer care number is not a toll free, i have already spent more than 150rs just to call them up. I would suggest not to place any order from snapdeal since it not worth the time and effort and risk of going through a hell like me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
