[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No refund for the items undelivered! | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered a few items in Snapdeal.com on 22nd August - ref [protected] Items not delivered with in the promised date, courier guys internally returned items back as the invoice was not attached to the parcel. Still the online status shows, item will be delivered before 24-Aug-14, which is already passed. I enquired many times and everytime they say money will be refunded and come back in 7 days. They have been telling this for past two weeks!! but money is not yet refunded. Very poor customer service. Please address this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
