[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS.. | |
Dear Madam/Sir,
I had placed an order in snap-deal of an induction cooker, which showed
problem just after using one day. After complaining lot of times and
following up, they informed me the steps to return the product with my
own courier charges which they assured me to refund the courier charges
within 5-7 days after receipt of the product. And now its been 15 days
they have received the damaged product and even replacement has been
done. But still i have not got my courier charges. I am following up
regularly to refund my charges through call and mails. But at the time i
call them everytime they request me to wait for more 5-7 days. But see its been 15 days, but i have not recieved a single rupee. And when again i called today, they again told me the samething to wait for more 5-7 days.Kindly do needful to get my money back.
