Order booked status Failure at the time of order booking and confirm by message after 10 days place that same order and shipped without confirm me, Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:53:24. by contact customer care of snap deal instruct me just refuse that product and as i will get back we will process your refund, last 3 days they had received that product but Still not initiated my refund process. in this transaction more than 25 days has been passed but no resolution, kindly help me.
