I guess it does not matter how much ever we complain or cry, the online companies just don't give a damn about the customers. I still regret the day I ordered the product with you and this is the worst experience of my life time. I hope none of the customers have to go through what I am now dealing with Snapdeal. I know I am helpless but I just want Snap deal team to know that I have not given up yet. It is my hard earned money and I will do everything in my powers to get my money back. To all the other online support teams like Akosha, Indian consumer forum and finally the consumer court which is my last resort, thank you for all the support.
