I placed an order # [protected] on 6th October. There was absolutely no response from you guys for almost a week and half. Frustrated after multiple calls, I decided to cancel the order. What I got was canned responses like "wait 48 hours, wait 24 hours" to cancel. On 15th they updated a bogus tracking number which doesn't exist. Even the customer center guys acknowledged saying it is a case of lost in transit/shipping and assured me that I would get a cancellation mail within an hour. No response even after 4 days. Filed complaints #10439074, #10439836, #10519220 for cancellation since last week and yet no updates. Even today, the tracking site says "Consignment details not Found"
Robing customers of their money labeling it as "TrustPay" is ludicrous. I want my money back. Lost a lot of money on calls too without any results. Was this information helpful? |
