[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No Response from customer care | |||
Snapdeal.com is the most unprofessional and unreliable online shopping service in India.. and I say this with experience. Many of my friends have had issues with Snapdeal before, so I always avoid purchasing anything from this website. Unfortunately my cousin, unaware of their fraudulent ways, decided to buy some speakers from them. Here's the flow of events after that... 1. She placed the order for 3 speakers. (Rs.6000 each). When the delivery guy comes to her house, he gets only 1 speaker and she pays 6000 and he leaves. 2. She then calls the customer care and asks them to send the remaining 2 speakers 3. After several days, the delivery guy gets the parcel claiming that it has 2 speakers inside and asks for Rs.12000. The box looks small so my cousin says it has just one speaker. She asks for it to be opened before making the payment but the delivery guy says that the amount printed is 12000, he cant allow the customer to open the box before collecting the money --- WTF ??? 4. My cousin pays the full amount, then opens the box and finds only 1 speaker inside. The delivery guy says, this is not my problem.. contact customer care. 5. It has been 1 month since that day... my cousin has tried to contact Snapdeal every single day for delivering the pending speaker, or for giving a refund of Rs.6000. ...
