[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Non Delivery of iPhone 5S | |||
Worst experience ever. Ordered an iPhone 5S from Snapdeal. They gave me a delivery date of 12, then surprisingly changed the date to 18th. Then suddenly on 18th they send me a new SMS saying the delivery date is 24th. When I called the Customer Care they say only way to cancel the Order and initiate a refund is I have to reject delivery of Item. What the hell is this policy!!! The reason I am cancelling the Order is because they are not delivering the Product. Never ever I will buy any item from Snapdeal.
