Snapdeal.com — NON STICK PAN DELIVERED INSTEAD OF LAPTOP | |||
I ordered lenovo G50-70 laptop (I3 processor, 1 TB harddisk, 4Gb RAM) through snapdeal. Within 3 days the courier service called & informed my laptop is at the door step.paid (Rs 24380) cash up on delivery.It looked exactly like laptop from the outer cover.In the invoice & on the outer label of the product it is mentioned lenovo laptop.Upon opening the outer box found an inner box.Opened the inner box as well & what i found was a pair of nonstick pans which would be around Rs 700. This is not mismanagement but purposely done by them.Because in the invoice & on the outer cover of the box it is sticked lenovo laptop, its configuration & the price. Called snapdeal a couple of times .They don't have any seriousness .Each time a different customer agent picks the call who doesn't have any idea about the products status.They will readout their scripts continuously like "i will help u sir, i deeply apologize" and all.But no help has been offered to me.No one calls from snapdeal either.It takes 10 minutes to connect their customer service agent & they don't even have an answer why this has happened.Only thing they know is to eat up customers money & say a sorry.After this incident showed up this incident in the social websites & the reply i got was snapdeal does this with high amount deals.If it is Rs1000 or 2000 they will deliver but for Rs 10000 & above forget about the money & right delivery.
