[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not able to place return request | |||||
Hi, i placed 2 orders through snapdeal. Jeans and shirt. I placed return request fee days back and courier person did not call me to pick both products. After that my return request got closed. I am sending emails to snapdeal for many days and contacted customer care many times. Very poor and cheap customer care i have ever seen in my life. Nobody responds my emails and calls.. plz take some action against snapdeal as it has lost trust and becoming horriable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
