I have gifted Order ID : [protected] for Oleva Adorable Austrian Diamonds Necklace Set to my friend on her birthday.She received defective product in which three pearls were missing and product quality was very poor. She called your customer care and sent photographs of defective product and told that cover of that thrown by her but every time your customer care guy keep on asking to send images of cover.If cover is not with her how can she send. Our issue is not resolved yet and it was total money waste.Totally unhappy with your services.
