[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not delivering the order on committed date and improper services | |||
I ordered a Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) View Order Details Placed on Thu, 13 Aug, 2015 and estimated delivery date was 17th to 20th August. It reached Mumbai Hub on 17th itself but they didn't deliver before date. Now its 20th august the order has reached Thane Branch where my shipping address is and courier team is now saying that they can't deliver it today and will deliver tomorrow i.e.21st August. Thanks Consumer complaints forum my complaint has been resolved and I have got the order delivered in nice quality and package...As soon as I raised the complaint it made the courier team deliver my order on time and made me enough calls to assure the same mistake is not repeated and apologized for the inconvenience.Thank you snapdeal and Thanks Alot to consumer complaints forum.
