Snapdeal.com — Not got the cashback

Hi Team,

I have purchased an product in Snapdeal by name 'PowerXcel Brick XL Bluetooth Speaker - Black' on 8th of December 2015 . When I have purchased the product there was an offer going on of 100% cash back which will credited to Free charge wallet amount on or before 8th January 2016. Even before I purchase blindly I called the snapdeal representative and confirmed about the offer and they told offer is exist . I have attached the screen shot of the same offer in the Complaint .
I waited upto 1 month that is upto 8th January and I haven't get any cashback amount then I raised an complaint(Reference number[protected] in snapdeal on 9th January 2016, But no use even I called so many times and also send lot of reminder mails always they will tell 48 hours and never resolved the issue .If they are not ready provide the cashback means I do not want to keep the product, I want them to take back the product by returning my paid amount .

Please help in this issue as Snapdeal is always cheating the customers in the name of Cashback, They will simply announce such offers and they didn't go according offers they announce.

Worst service from Snapdeal and also equally worst interaction with customer .

Finally these guyz have closed my complaint by telling that there was a misguidance happened from there side that page was by mistakenly(Attached screen shot showing the offer details) posted by them and on that day no such offer was going on . If mistake was happened from there side means that's there problem, but in this case I have been cheated.
They don't have valid answers to my question simply they are telling sorry sir we were do not have any such offers on that day and when I ask about the screen shot they are telling it was just a mistake .
Guys please be aware of Snapdeal they are frauding the customers like anything in the name of Offers . Please prefer other websites(Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm) for any purchase rather than giving support to these frauds.

Also please suggest that how can I take legal action against these guys .
