Snapdeal.com — Not refunding money | |||||
Dear Consumer Forum, I bought a product from snapdeal with a offer Buy1 Get 1 Free . Order ID - [protected], They have sent me single product . I have Invoice where it is showing it was on the deal Buy1 Get 1 ( B1G1) product. I have raised issue with snapdeal they checked and confirmed me that my account will be credited within 24 hrs with half amount ( Rs- 575 ) . Till now they have not credited the amount. Today one of representative called me and told me they will not refund anything all the invoice and mails are sent to me by mistake. You will not get anything . Please resolve the issue with strictly . They are doing fraud to others . I have attached all the mails and proof of invoice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
