[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not refunding money | |||
Respected sir/madam I am samrat biswas Mobile number [protected] I ordered a badminton racket from snapdeal.com Which at delivery i found to be broken I recieved snapdeal and they told me to send it back and they will pay me full refund (Complaint number 5855949 and order no [protected]) After sending it back at 15th april they told me that my refund has been initiated and within 5 to 7 working days it will be refunded in my account But to my grave concern after 7 days passed by i contacted the customer care to get a update of my situation Each and every day they tell me to wait for another day and say they are working on it and it will be refunded tommorow Now 12 days have gone by still no sign of refund Even they are not replying my mails Please help me to resolve my situation Was this information helpful? | |||

they are just a bunch of thieves who steal peoples money.
i recieved a product which was broken.(Complaint Number: 5855949) now after sending it back they are telling that it would take 5 to 7 days.
yert i havent recieved the money.they just tell to wait for another day and this goes on and you never get the money.
they tell you to send a mail regarding the concern to [protected]@snapdeal.com
but nothing happens
it just their way to steal money
