Snapdeal.com — Order cancellation after successful payment of Laptop | |||
Hi, I placed order for iPhone 6 on Snapdeal got good discount, I got receipt of total amount but Snapdeal cancelled my order by themselves giving no reason. Now they are saying that they will refund me money, but I lost some other good deal from other service provides because of Snapdeal discount and offer. I am not satisfied with Snapdeal as I missed good deals and now they are also saying that they will not process my order with the same discount. I placed order for Lenovo G50-70 Notebook[protected]th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 1TB HDD- 39.62cm (15.6)- DOS) (Black) on Snapdeal got good discount, I got receipt of total amount but Snapdeal cancelled my order by themselves giving no reason.
Now they are saying that they will refund me money, but I lost some other good deal from other service provides because of Snapdeal discount and offer.
It looks like a publicity stunt by Snapdeal to give discount and not to deliver product to the customers.
I am not satisfied with Snapdeal as I missed good deals and now they are also saying that they will not process my order.
I don't want to place new order and want to have the same order to be processed and delivered as soon as possible.
Attached it the receipt of payment and transaction.
