[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled by snapdeal and refund not received | |||||
I paced order [protected] on 2nd October and did'nt receive any update till 14th. Even no reply was there for enquiry mail sent through snapdeal application. Later received a message that my ordered has been canceled and on application its showing refund complete on 19th october. However no amount is credited in my account. Request you to look into the issue. This is second time when order has been cancelled and I have to struggle in following up with you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
