I have ordered Bajaj Shakti gyeser.It was suppose to be delivered on 22nd .It has reached the delivery centre on 19th th and they are updating as" consignee address incorrect " every day since 4 days.There is no number to contact them and the customer care number "[protected]" does not work.It feels like I have done a big mistake by purchasing the product from snapdeal and that too pre paid. I will suggest people not to buy any thing expensive from snap deal because after the dispatch they say they are not responsible for your order.A customere care representative named Kashish said this thing very rudely that it is responsiblity of Logistic department. So it feels like just pay them the money and keep following up.very bad service from snap deal and their courier partner "Blue Dart". Was this information helpful? | |||
