Hi, I have purchased Dr Morepen Digital Thermometer (MT-101) on 28-Apr-2016.Order ID: [protected]. It suppose to be deliver on or before 03-May-2016. Till the date I have not received the product. I wrote to '[protected]@snapdeal.com' and they said, we are not able to reach you..!! Then on 05-May-2016, I got a call from [protected] introducing as higher authority and promised that product will deliver before end of the day(on 05-May-2016). But I haven't got any call from anyone regarding my product delivery..!! And Finally, Today(06-May-2016) I got a mail, that my order has been cancelled..!!! Is this the expected service from SNAPDEAL..!! Each and every time, given a false commitment to customer and suddenly cancel the order..!! Actually, I think, to bluff CUSTOMER, THEY ARE SHOWING HUGH DISCOUNT IN THEIR WEBSITE AND WHEN SOME CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE PRODUCT, HARASS THE CUSTOMER AND THEN SILENTLY CANCEL THE PRODUCT. MOST IMPOTENT, THEY DON'T HAVE PROPER CUSTOMER CARE CHANNEL TO COMPLAIN OR TALK TO THEM ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They are not deliver product and send a msg your product has been canceled without giving me any information. Till now after 24 days they said it will be refundeded as soon as possible.
