Snapdeal.com — Order not received | |||
A pogo stick was booked on 6th of april 2015 @ rs 1530. . order confirmation the said date was received thru sms. But till date the said order is not received. Repeated follow up with snapdeal and courier company resulted into blaming each other and there is no Trace of order as of now . courier company reapeatedly confirmed that they have not recieved the order by snapdeal ..request to kindly look into the matter and arrange for the delivery of the order A.S.A.P. As i have all the proof the entire process right from order booking to following up the order till date ...as i have option open to reach out to releavent authorites including the consumer forum
