[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — order not received

dear sir/madam I am Bhanu pratap singh I booked Order 5th aug 14 order no.[protected], [protected] today is 10 aug 14 i order ony this product for raakhi but i have not received I am regular customer for snepdeal but when ever i order cash on delivery i received shipment 24 to 48 hrs and when ever i purcchased from credit card i received shipment after 4, 5 day please if possible cancel my order regard Bhanu pratap

my order no [protected], which i ordered on 12 december 2014, had not received till date ther is no update about this order on snapdeal site, looks like the snapdeal thiefs are gone to a long time honeymoon.10 days are gone, and they have not courier it yet.the message is " your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup".ten days gone and still they havn't get any courier..on the snapdeal site there is no option for complaint.this dead company is fake and never buy from snapdeal.i am regretting that i have purchased from snapdeal...alas

Hi,

I have ordered a Microsoft Lumia phone via Snapdeal on 6th Jan'14. They
assigned the consignment to Delhivery courier service on the same day.

Till date, I have not received my ordered. I had taken the follow-up for
order status on 7th Jan and your representative 100% assured me that I
will get my order latest by 9th Jan. Again while tracing the status
online today I found that my order is still roaming within West Bengal.
I don't know the actual reason behind it.

When I called several times at Delhivery customer care, I got very silly
and foolish reasons from them and they said that my order will
processed by next 2-3 working days.

Now, I come up with the below questions:
1. Why representative assured me on 7th Jan, that 100% sure I will get my order on 9th Jan.?
2. Does it really required that much of time to deliver a single order?
3. There are so many complaints are available against your service. Till there is no action plan for improvement?
4. Now, how should I trust that I will get my order within next 2-3 days, as committed today?

I am very very unhappy with the service provide by you. I expect answers
on my queries ASAP. Also, I want written assaurity of the order
delivery date on [protected]@gmail.com.
