[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Ordered laptop but not deleverd one month gone and 30000rs which i pay as aamount of laptop that also in danger. | |||
I ordered a lenovo leptop from snapdeal on 12 oct2015 on cash on delivery. Then it comes to me on 17oct 2015 and i take it.but when i cheked it then the configration is miss match to the actual configrstion of laptop which i ordered. After that i registerd the complaint in snapdeal a d the took back after 4days of delivery.but after that snapdeal executives only comit to resnd laptop as well to tranfer the amount in my account which they took me on delivery time till pending.so plz help me Was this information helpful? | |||
