[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Pathetic service and co ordination between SnapDeal and Courier GoJavaas for which I suffered a lot.

So this is tried reverting back to the [protected]@snapdeal.com also tried the contact us section, half the links don't work and give me error's. Respected Operation's Manager/Vice President/ President/ CEO (Kunal Bahl, Rohit Bansal), First of all I am hoping this hyperlink to send this mail across is working and my outcry, my plea reaches out to you loud and clear, beyond a supervisor and customer service representative. If you really are the brand that talks about winning the trust of the customer beyond endorsing high profile celebrities then please do have the decency to read this mail and revert accordingly. To cut the long story short, I placed an order for an ordinary product on your e commerce web portal SNAPDEAL.COM for a product called "Windus Black Faux Leather Men's Loafer" which is just a local brand with not even brand label on the shoe. Nor is this brand name on the box delivered. Its just an ordinary white shoe box. The number is Order ID: [protected] which is merely worth Rs 499 out of your million dollar trading transaction's per day. The order is in the name of Yusuf Hatimbhai to make it easier for you to pull up the details. The order was for cash on delivery and I was really impressed as to how fast the product reach me before the date of delivery. But for the first order I placed on SNAPDEAL.COM to my misery the product turn out to be a disaster of a low quality local brand, shabbily pasted like it is done by shoe cobbler sitting on the streets. My father's shoe size is nine which is standard size measured in many a local stores in the city. Sadly the so called size nine by "Windus" also does not fit him, leave alone fitting him, he could not even put his feet through the shoe opening. That is a brief synopsis of what the issue is in terms of the shipment. But my major problem is with SNAPDEAL.COM, the lack of communication, coordination and mismanagement. Even worse is there is no employee who wants to take the ownership of the issue and have it resolved. For instance the very next day in the morning that I registered a return request of this particular product on my way to work. I received a text message intimidating me that the product will be recollected in some 90 mins approximately, there was no number of the delivery boy or the shipping company to let them know I am at work and wont be able to handover the product to you. I called up the customer service, if you can pull up the calls through my contact number, the lady who picked up assured that my request to have the product returned before a particular time has been processed. Ever since nobody has turned up. I keep getting intimidation that everything is fine but nothing seems to be resolved. The differences and the lack of coordination the SNAPDEAL.COM has with its shipping parter JAVAAS is not my responsibility, inspite of that the second person tells me I do not have the otherisation to co ordinate with them, sounds completely riduclusly stupid even listening to that a company cannot communicate with its own shipping partner. I even call the shipping company and have the pick up time scheduled requested since I am working person just like you and my time and work is also valuable.This information was also provided to me by one of the representative's. Every call that I make to customer service is also chargeable and is not a toll free number unlike many of your competitors. I have spoken to four different representatives and a supervisor. I have also called the courier service provider multiple times, all these calls have been recorded by me, if required and you cannot pull up the calls through your records then let me know I will attach and sent them to you. I have missed multiple days of work for this product to be returned, have called and mentioned so many times for the product to picked up and returned at specific time interval and first half in the morning since it is the month of Ramadan, we remain extremely busy praying all day and night fasting if you did not know that. This is has been a total harassment for me and my family. What's worse is I have been waiting here and I get mails after mails that there were attempts to have the product collected from my place but I was not there, when I have been missing my work and prayers sitting here waiting for GO Javaas to have it collected. I even got a mail stating that the customer has decided to keep the product when i have clearly stated the defects and reason why I do not wish to keep it for my father and have it returned. The 4 representative assured me to have trust and told me that it is our responsibility and our product, we will have it collected, do not worry and to ensure your satisfaction we have already processed your refund which you will be receiving shortly. So why so much confusion and contradiction ? It is not my responsibility to be doing SNAPDEAL's jobs!!! When nobody has shown up since I put up a request and have the pick up rescheduled then why send false information? This is absolutely pathetic. How do you ( Mr Bahl/ Mr Bansal) plan to solve my problem? Will you the owner of the company take the ownership and have the courtesy to atleast reply back to my email, if not compensate me for the time and harassment I have faced unnecessarily or should I put this email VIRAL on social media and the consumer court with all the details for them read the kind of service SNAPDEAL provides? This is not a threat but will certainly not do a great deal of good for people to listen to the calls and recording on YOUTUBE the world over. All this for petty issue which should have been solved and executed smoothly. Looking forward to your reply ( Mr Bahl/ Mr Bansal) not an executive or supervisor or team leader in customer service. Kindly forward the mail to him and ensure that he replies. I am sure he should be more than happy to be speaking to a customer without much of an issue. Do not act smart and revert back on his behalf. Thanking you.

Please do not give me parroting words cause your apoligies are meaningless. It sounds like a tape recorder playing it over and over again but without any results. I was promised by a supervisor yesterday that my product would be reverse picked up today but today was another day of inconvenience where the delivery boy from another logistic companies "MUJHE ISMEIN PHASA DIYA, MEIN TOH DUSREIN JAGAH ORDER KE LIYEIN AAYA HOON, AAJ TOH NAHI HO PAYEGA" this a routine dialogue I have to keep following up with your logistic companies when this is your bloody job. So if you can read ENGLISH beyond copy pasting words in email. GET YOUR MANAGMENT TO RESPOND TO THIS. 4 CONSECUTIVE PAINFUL DAYS OF COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR HOPELESS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGMENT

HOW DO THE PLAN TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY PHONE CALLS, MY TIME, MY MISSED DAYS OF WORK AND MOST OF ALL MY PRAYER'S IN THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMAZAN.
