[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Payment successful but order not placed

I ordered Micromax X900(4 GB Metallic Blue) worth Rs 1420 on September 29, 2016 and paid the amount by debit card. After the transaction was complete, the amount was deducted from the account but the order was not placed.Please confirm the order or else kindly refund the full amount.

I haven't received the amount yet. It has been 3 months after the incident happened and complaint was registered.
Kindly help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
