I have order Philips Make home theater system for my home use in snapdeal.
But the snapdeal courier partner are not support with my location. So i advised to send one of my friend home address. Material's are supplied and received via Bluedart surface.
Once i received the material and open the box, i observed the material is physically damaged and
supplied without warranty card. Than i totally upset and contact Snapdeal and booked the compliant against this case.
Snap deal also accept my complaint and and accept to reverse back the materials.
But they instructed me to send the material in any national courier with my own cost.
The courier amount will paid me in form of “SD CASH”
SD cash can uss only their website, But i not wish to get my money in SD CASH form.
Then enquired with same courier Blue bart, they asked Rs 1500 to book the material. This amount
is very higher side for me. Other courier team also asking same and more.
Then i contacted snapdeal and expressed all in comments, again snap deal recommend to send the
material via Indian postal parcel service.
But Indian postal service was not accepting the book due to electronics & already damaged
material.
I request to SNAPDEAL to take the material reverse in their own account in courier partner. But i got some calls from snapdeal. But i didn't get any valuable replay and action
I observed following points from snapdeal with my experience.
Physically damaged material supplied
Without warranty card
Return courier will not pay back in cash form
Return courier amount in SD CASH (Force to buy material in their snapdeal)
Packing damaged
So finally i totally disappointed with snapdeal service and response. I request you to help me to get
the right solution and valuable rights for my money.
