Refund for order id: [protected] Pathetic service by snapdeal Hi, This is in regards with the return order placed for the Pigeon favorite 3 burner glass manual gas stove order id: [protected], placed on 21 sep, 2016, suborder id: [protected], (Ticket id:[protected] Product was already been picked up on 13th oct by vulcan express Awb : r[protected], yet the my orders product page says has not been picked up. Daily i'm receiving text messages stating that "your order will be picked up today". Today i received a message which read pick up was unsuccessful, & should confirm to return the product or else the return will be cancelled. The courier person mr ankit has already picked up the product on 13th october awb : r[protected] still you are sending courier people every single day who says get your product ready, we will come and pick up the product. Please check the attached screen-shot for tracking slip. This is totally unprofessional & i was not expecting this from "snapdeal". I want my full refund immediately.
