I bought HP Laser jet M1005 printer from Snapdeal on 10th Jan 2016, I received printer on 12th Jan 2016, I initiated return on 15 Jan 2016. In the advert they mention 100% trust pay, no questions asked 7 day return policy, now when i have ignited return well with in 7 days of date i ordered, they are refusing to refund my money citing that I have crossed 7 day period. How is this valid? On the page where they are selling printer they say all this 7 day no questions asked return policy and now they are saying electronics are excluded... please this is cheating this is fraud they must be stopped from duping customers into this.
