[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product delivered is damaged and they are not replacing | |||
Hello Team My order no with snapdeal is [protected]. I ordered Samsung Microwave Oven on 2nd Oct 2016. They delivered product on 15th Oct 2016 and item was damaged. I requested for replacement on 16th 2016. And it had to pe picked up by 18th Oct 2016. Today is 22nd Oct 2016 and still no one came to pick up item. And the worst thing about them and their courier partner is they give fake update that we tried to pick up product but it was unsuccessful because of customer unavailability. No one is calling me up and I am at home full day. They are just faking things and making customer fool. Please help me on this. My no is +91-[protected].
