[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered | |||||
Sir, I gave online order for ' Lenovo F308 1 TB External Hard Disks Black With Surge protection technology' void snapdeal order no. [protected], On 23 Apr, 2016. I paid Rs. 3850/- in advance thru net-banking. It was supposed to deliver on 28 Apr 2016, but I received msg from snapdeal that it is running late and i'll receive upto 04 may 2016. Upto 04 may 2016, i didnt received it.. then suddenly on 05 may 2016, i received a new msg and came to know that my order has been cancelled without any information. I did raise compliant to snapdeal (Reference no:[protected], but no call received to look my matter. Neither i have received my product nor my money back into my account. I am planning to launch Consumer complaint against this cyber legal offence. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Yes! my payment is refunded but this my pain...
I want clarification on this that 'Why suddenly on 05 may 2016, my order was cancelled by your side after 11 days, without any information or intimation to me!!!
I commited my customer to deliver this product within 10 days. I could buy this product from other onlinse store if i was informed on time. Ultimatly, I lost my customer as well as goodwill because of Snapdeal !!

Today, I received a call from Snapdeal Customer care. I was surprised to know that my product was arrived to my city. According to customer care person, the courier guy tried to contact and approach me but failed !! She also mentioned that Snapdeal sent messages on 05 May 2016 informing delivery failure status!!!
I don't know why are they lying. The fact is neither i received any call from courier person nor snapdeal sent any messages. I checked my emails may times. I am attaching an screenshot all email conversation held day by day with snapdeal.
Consumer Forum can judge by looking at emails subject that on 04 may 2016, i received and mail from snapdeal mentioning that My product will be delivered to me. On 05 may 2016 suddenly, i got another mail with an 'Alert!' saying that order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded to my account.
I was shocked to see this and i launched complaint both to Sneapdeal as well as here (Consumer Forum). After Consumer complaints, same day on 05th may 2016 i again received a mail from snapdeal mentioned that 'they were trying to reach me, but couldn't' . But again, this was a lie. i didn't received any call from snapdeal.
