[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product order canceled after keeping waiting for 15 days | |||
I had booked an order on Snapdeal.com. The order details are - Product: San Frissco casual shoes Order ID: [protected] I was mentioned on their portal that the product would be delivered with 4-7 days. Every time I called up their customer care, I was told that the product would be delivered in another 2-3 working days. After keeping me waiting for 15 days they cancelled the order saying that the product was not available at their end and they would refund the money. My complaint is - If the product was not their in their stock then why did they put that on their website for sale. - Also they should not be allowed simply walk away from their accountability and should be penalized for the discomfort caused to customers for telling lie, keep them waiting and holding their money.
