[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Product pickup issue

Hi team,

I have ordered a ifb washing machine from snapdeal and it was damaged on the function panel and the outer layer so i raised a return request and from monday every night at 11:00 pm i get a message saying that we were unable to pickup the parcel as the number was not reachable and i didnt got any calls from the courier which is really frustrating me and now the 2nd courier also saying the same thing which is delaying my refund. So can somebody check what is going on and why the pickup is not done from last 5 days.

Same with my case (order no [protected]),
they are not providing replacement neither return .I have been requesting pick up from past 5 days .what the hell that company is about . They are eating out public money.is this the way they have found out to bluff people. !! Heck with them.somebody here pls take stringent action to resolve the issue

The returned product received today is again the same which I had got first time and that is not the one which I had ordered for.
Now please I don't want any of product anymore. Kindly refund the amount and take your product back.which is kept ready for pickup up.

Kindly refund the amount. The courier didn't even make attempt to neither call nor approachEd me, but I got a message that they couldn't reach. Expedite the pick up today and refund
