Snapdeal.com — Product received in damaged condition

Dear Sir, We have bought sandwitch maker in damaged condition and we have immediately informed on order tracking portal, shared snaps of damaged product. They also have committed to replace product or cancel order. I also have send saveral mails and also called on their customer care no but not received any proper response.
