[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product refund pending since 1 month | |||||
I had returned the product (Hp laptop bag) on 4th of september 16, i have the receipt as well as the confirmation message but till now i have not received the refund & after a lot of follow up with customer care team of snapdeal they have informed me that my account has been suspended. They said that i will not receive the product nor the refund. They are cheating customers by giving fake promotions of money back guarantee. Please help with the same my order i. D.
