Snapdeal.com — Product replaced with the same product again by snapdeal-order id:[protected] | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, I am very disappointed to say that my order for micromax canvas spark 2plus (8 gb) with order id: [protected] was a replacement for the last order and this is again the same. The product in the website is showing with the new branding and logo of micromax but the product delivered to me is with the old branding and logo. Moreover that snapdeal does not have direct customer care number on which we can talk to the representative directly. The number provided is automated and i was only able to listen to a robot. I am more disappointed now after hearing and seeing the message from your end about the resolution of the issue that was raised by me. The status remains the same.
1. I was told that I am having 2 options, one is replacement and second one is refund. Then you omitted first option that even if I will request for the replacement then it wont get replaced with the product that was showcased on the portal. So I am left with one option which is refund. I saw a product image which is the only option available in online purchase. I hoped that I will get the same product I saw in the image and I paid for that but i never got the same product.
2. I paid for the product, so I will not go for the refund. I would have respected your company policies if they comply to the point of satisfying the customer not giving them hard time. I will only be happy if Snapdeal and Micromax both are ready to take step towards resolving the issue. If a company is spreading Image of a product in public that means they will come with the product and if a company is showcasing the image of the product on a selling portal that means the product is available. I want the phone with new branding and I have all the rights to claim the phone with new branding.
3. In this case, I can consider one point and wait for the period of time till the time Micromax is producing it and the day they are coming with the product in the market, they need to do the replacement.
I am attaching the product image that I supposed to get and the image of the product that I got. Dear ICCF, please consider this matter, as snapdeal is trying to close this matter without even resolving the same. They are totally unprofessional. Their online portal has some serious functional boundaries and it makes customer helpless. Flipkart is having 30 days return policies but these ppl have only 7 days return policies. Government should look into the policies for e-commerece companies like Snapdeal again. Ultimately we are suffering and getting cheated.
