[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Red chief shoes | |||||
I want to make a complaint against a company.I had ordered a shoes from snapdeal but order was not placed, transaction got cancelled . I did complaint against my order to snapdeal customer care, called on the customer case number[protected] but nothing happen so far. When I ask to snapdeal customer care they said we will refund your amount but its been more than 2 weeks, I dont fell they are gonna refund . I am attaching the mail send by snapdeal on which i replied with the details they asked, still no response from their side.
