Not refunded my amount into my account.snapdeal status displays refunded successfully.but not receive my amount.snapdeal says 11august2016 credited to my account.but not receive my cash.next day i checked my balance but not receive my cash in my account.then i contacted to customer service they responded negatively. Hi,
I Just received the message and email confirmation that the order cannot be serviced.
I bought the Vaccum cleaner equipment from Snapdeal and they are not able to service the BASIC PARTS LIKE dust collector bag of the vaccum cleaner.
Pl advise if company like snapdeal can deal with the product which cannot be serviced / backed by them. Is this possible in any other developed economy.

Why the order status is not being updated. I was promised delivery by 19/08 and now I have been informed that same will be delivered by 22/08.
Since Ratan Tata Esq is one of investors, I had gone for Snap deal. It seems I have made poor decision to source from Snapdeal.
