Snapdeal.com — Refund for defective product

I ordered for car cover for honda amaze on 5th Jun 2016. my order id is [protected]. I received a defective product from them. so I asked for replacement. I received the replaced product on 14th Jun 2016. Even the replaced product was defective. so I requested for refund of money. I called several times to the customer care and scheduled the pickup of the product. But nobody came to pickup the product. My request reference number is 25569285.

Kindly arrange for the pickup of the product and refund the money to my account
